Women on Boards

Promoted by PIONEER, the Women on Boards (WoB) Mozambique Executive Program aims to prepare female professionals from private and public sector companies, institutions, and organizations to integrate into management and oversight bodies, or those already belonging to these bodies who wish to develop their skills, in a Fit-and-Proper context.

This program, certified by the SPROWT Academy in conjunction with the VDA Academy of Portugal and the Universidade Politécnica of Mozambique, was the first of its kind to include modules on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
